What looks good
Your email, marked
- Strong signal
- Worth fixing
- Mild
No checker can promise the inbox. Spam filters also look at your domain setup, your sending history and how people react to your emails. This tool fixes the words. Our free Domain health check covers the setup.

What it checks
Six kinds of risky words, and the habits around them.
Every marked word comes with the reason and a safer choice.
Money promises
"cash bonus", "100% free", "lowest price", "$$$"
Try instead: "no-cost", "good value"
Pressure
"act now", "urgent", "last chance", "expires today"
Try instead: "take a look", "ends soon"
Too good to be true
"guaranteed", "risk-free", "double your sales", "miracle"
Try instead: "likely", "low-risk", "grow your sales"
Pushy selling
"buy now", "click here", "special promotion", "order today"
Try instead: "take a look", "here's the link"
Scam signals
"congratulations", "you have been selected", "winner", "this is not spam"
Try instead: Remove the phrase
Tired lines
"I hope this email finds you well", "just following up", "touching base"
Try instead: Start with something about them
Beyond words
- Words in capitals, and a subject line in capitals
- More than one exclamation mark, or "!!!" and "???"
- Money signs, prices and "% off" in the subject
- More than two links, and link shorteners like bit.ly
- "RE:" or "FWD:" on a first email
- Subject lines over 60 characters, and emoji in the subject
- Emails over 150 words (our own guideline, shown as a tip)
Questions
Straight answers.
Is it really free?
Yes. No sign-up and no catch. You get 100 free checks a day.
Do you see my email?
No. The check runs in your browser and your text is never sent to us or saved anywhere.
Is there an official list of spam words?
No. Spam filters weigh many signals together, and words are one of them. A risky word in a good email from a healthy domain is usually fine. Ten of them is a problem.
Why do you mark "I hope this email finds you well"?
It won't send you to spam, but buyers skip openers they've read too many times. Start with something about them instead.
Can VENOVIQ write and send our cold emails?
Yes, that's our day job: emails that read like a person wrote them, sent from a domain that's set up right. Book a call and tell us what you need.
