How it works
Three steps. No login.
- 1
Type a domain.
Yours, a client's, or one you are about to email from.
- 2
We read its public records.
Only the records any domain shows to the world. We never send an email or connect to a mail server.
- 3
Get your grade and the fixes.
Each fix is a record you can copy into your DNS settings, for example in Cloudflare or GoDaddy.
A clean setup is step one. Reaching the inbox every week is step two.
We can set it up for you.
VENOVIQ sets up and fixes email records as part of our email marketing work, and checks your lists before you send.
Questions
Good to know.
What is a domain health check?
It reads the public email records of a domain (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) and tells you if inbox providers can trust email from it.
Is it free?
Yes. Free visitors get 10 checks a day, with a quick robot check. No sign-up.
Do you save the domains I check?
No. Free checks are not saved on our side.
I set up DKIM. Why does it say not found?
DKIM keys sit under a name your provider chooses. We try the usual names. If yours is different, type it in the DKIM box and check again.
Can I check a domain I don't own?
Yes. These records are public, so you can check a client's or partner's domain too.
Does a grade A mean my emails will reach the inbox?
No tool can promise that. A good setup removes the most common reason emails go to spam. Your content and your list matter too.
