Add it to your email
- 1Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then See all settings.
- 2Stay on the General tab and scroll to Signature.
- 3Click Create new, give it a name, then paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) into the box.
- 4Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes.
- 1Click the gear icon (Settings), then Account, then Signatures.
- 2Click New signature and give it a name.
- 3Paste into the box (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V).
- 4Choose it for new messages and replies, then click Save.
- 1Click File, then Options, then Mail.
- 2Click Signatures, then New, and give it a name.
- 3Paste into the edit box (Ctrl+V).
- 4Pick it for new messages and replies, then click OK.
- 1Open Mail, then Mail > Settings > Signatures.
- 2Pick your account and click the + button.
- 3Untick "Always match my default message font".
- 4Paste into the box on the right (Cmd+V). It saves by itself.

Is it free?
Yes. No sign-up, no limit and no watermark unless you choose to add one.
Will it work in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. It's built the way email apps expect signatures: simple tables and safe fonts, so it looks the same in each one.
Why can't I upload my photo?
Inboxes block pictures pasted straight into a signature. Your photo must already be online. A link from your website or company page works.
What should a cold email signature have?
Your name, job title, company and one way to reach you. Leave out big images, quotes and long lists of links. They look like marketing and can trip spam filters.
