Paste a thread

Getting ready
Paste a thread to start. We'll show what we found before you run it.
How to copy a thread
Gmail
Open the thread, click "Expand all" (the arrows icon), then select everything from the first message to the last and copy.
Outlook
Open your last email in the thread and copy all of it, including the From and Sent lines of the older emails below.
WhatsApp
Open the chat, tap the name, then "Export chat" without media, and paste the text here.

A quick robot check keeps this free. We don't save the thread. Take out anything private first, like bank details.

How it works

Three steps. No login.

  1. 1

    Paste the thread.

All the emails between you and the buyer, from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or a WhatsApp export.

  2. 2

    See where it went cold.

A timeline of who wrote when, the moment it stopped, and the reasons in plain English.

  3. 3

    Send one honest follow-up.

A short email that fixes what went wrong, with gaps in [brackets] for the facts only you know.

What we look for

The quiet reasons good leads go cold.

Every one of these is checked in your thread, with the date and the words that show it.

Unanswered questions

A question the buyer asked that none of your replies answer, even when you said you'd check.

Slow replies

How long you took to answer, counted in working days, and when the buyer last wrote.

Price shock

The buyer went quiet right after your price, or said it was high and heard nothing new.

No clear next step

Messages that end with "let me know" instead of one easy question.

Someone else decides

The buyer had to check with a boss or a team, and had nothing from you to forward.

Empty follow-ups

"Just following up" and "any update?" emails that give the buyer no new reason to reply.

Timing and other suppliers

"Not right now", "after the season" and "we're comparing quotes", and what to do about each.

A real no, or "please stop"

When the buyer said no or asked you to stop, we say so plainly and don't write a pushy follow-up.

Most leads go cold in the gaps between replies.

We build systems that answer every buyer fast.

VENOVIQ sets up AI that replies to enquiries in minutes, follow-ups that add something new, and a CRM that shows who is waiting on you.

Questions

Good to know.

Is it free?

Yes. Free visitors get 5 autopsies a day, with a quick robot check. No sign-up.

Do you save my emails?

No. The thread is read on our server only to make your report, and Cloudflare's AI reads it to check the questions and write the follow-up. We don't keep the thread, the report or the email.

How accurate is it?

It reads the dates, questions and replies with fixed rules, and our AI double-checks whether each question was answered. It can't see phone calls or meetings, so read it as a second opinion, not a verdict.

Which emails can I paste?

Threads from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and most other email apps, and WhatsApp chat exports. Keep the From and Date lines, or the On ... wrote: lines, so we can tell who wrote what and when.

Will the AI make things up in the follow-up?

It's told to use only facts from the thread. Where a fact is missing, like an answer or a price, it leaves a gap in [brackets] for you to fill in. If it still adds a number, a discount, a certificate or an attachment that isn't in the thread, we take that sentence out.

Should I send the follow-up as it is?

Fill in the gaps, read it once and make it sound like you. Send it as a reply in the same thread, so the buyer sees the history.
